A Two-day Immersive Introduction to the School’s Mastery Program
I know this without a doubt. Every woman has a calling, something she was born to do, someone she was born to be. She has a particular slice of destiny that belongs to her, and to no one else.
I believe that the world requires her to live this—her destiny—in order for all of us to evolve. This is why I do what I do.
I live to unleash a woman from whatever is keeping her small, insufficient, unsupported, stoppable, and silent, and cut her loose so she can connect with her desires, find her voice, and create a life she adores.
And that’s why I created the Experience—it’s an introduction to the work that helps a woman open to the source of her power, beauty, and brilliance.
Women come from all over the world to NYC—to explore the depth and range of emotions, to dance with abandon, and to get a glimpse of what’s possible in their lives through this work.
I hope to see you there.

Sisters, we are too valuable to waste on self doubt.
So often, women tell me they are:
- Feeling stuck—in their marriage, in a relationship, in a dead-end job, in their body, and they don’t know how to change things. Motionless. Miserable.
- Hating themselves—feeling conflicted, upset, or downright at war with their bodies, wishing they were smaller, bigger, thinner, more attractive, less attractive, smaller thighs, bigger butts.
- Torn up inside—feeling a deep internal conflict between a longing to truly live as a woman and having to navigate and succeed in an incredibly masculine world.
- Settling for crumbs—she has put herself last, after her husband, her kids, her career, and she wants to know: when is it my time? When do I get to do what’s best for me? And how do I do that without everything all coming crashing down?
- Craving more—even though life is good, great even, there is this sense of emptiness, knowing that there’s something more.
Almost every woman I encounter knows that she has untapped potential. If you can relate, you are not alone. It’s time to unlock that potential inside you.
A good friend looked like she was getting younger and younger, and happier and happier. I thought, “Let me find out what she’s getting out of these workshops, and what’s going on here!” I was blown away. There was so much positive, life-changing information that was shared. I couldn’t believe it. Come. Bring all your considerations, but just come.
Women live as a circle smashed into a world of squares. As women, we exist inside a culture that cuts us off from our life force. Our essence. Our power.
Our natural state of flow is met with constriction, logic, details, rules and deadlines. Calendars to wrangle. Kids to manage. A perfect body to strive for. A successful career to chase after. And on, and on, and on.
Our culture isolates us, separates us, ignores us. We are told our bodies are wrong, our minds are irrational, and if we are unhappy, it’s our problem; it’s our weakness.
A woman, alone in this way, is at a huge disadvantage. Salmon swimming upstream, accomplish the impossible every year, how you might ask: they do it together.
My offering to you
The Experience is designed to reconnect you with what has always belonged to you—your power, your beauty, your sensuality, your voice. All inside of the alchemy of Sisterhood.
This introductory weekend is a unique opportunity to get a felt, embodied experience of this work—a carefully curated tasting menu, of the Womanly Arts Mastery Program. I want to grab you by the hand and take you inside the School, for a glimpse into what’s possible.
This work is not for everyone.
It requires a certain amount of courage. A woman who comes to the School of Womanly Arts must be open to pressing the edge of her comfort zone. She has to have desires that are powerful enough to drive her to take a chance on herself in a bold new way. She has to have a longing for adventure, whether or not she has experienced much of it in her life. She has to really, really want to open a new door, start a new chapter, and live a deeply held dream, even if she has no idea how.
If that woman is you, I promise:
You will awaken to a sense of power that you have longed to live. You will know your beauty in a way you have never ever experienced before. You will be in touch with your core sensual fire, the greatest confidence builder of all time.
And you will know the irrevocable privilege that it is to be a woman.
I felt scared, nervous I wouldn’t fit in. I was worried about traveling to New York on my own. By noon on the first day, my fears had melted away. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, accepting and encouraging. I felt like I didn’t have to put on a fake face for anyone, I could be me. The true Lisa. It’s worth being a little out of your comfort zone to get what you really really want and desire.
I know it’s no small feat to get yourself to this event.
That’s actually part of what makes it so transformative when you do.
Whether it’s work, partners, kids, parents, or who knows what else—you have a full plate. The travel plans alone make your head spin—but this weekend, it’s all about YOU and the life you deeply desire to create.
As women, we’re trained to put everyone and everything else first—and from that lens, joining me for The Experience will make no sense whatsoever.
But here’s the thing. There is immense power in taking time and space for you. Not just a quickie yoga class downtown, or a night out with the girls.
No—a full weekend, outside of space and time, where obligations are on pause, and the hustle stops. Where there is nothing to do and nowhere to be, except in the rapture and beauty of your Womanhood.
You will go home in a completely different state than you came—and everyone in your life will benefit.

I went into the weekend with such an attitude. “No way anyone is gonna teach me how to be a woman.” But, I LOVED IT! It wasn’t always easy for me to build relationships with women and to allow myself to be vulnerable. At the Experience, there were moments when I was crying, dancing, laughing, and sharing a meal with perfect strangers. My biggest takeaway? It is possible to be an outrageously, incredibly smart and sensual woman, and not feel alone in that. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain and the most important part of what you have to gain will be yourself.
Learn how to tap into your feminine power.
